Peter Gaide, MBA

Peter’s impressive career includes roles as a financial consultant with A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc., and as vice president in the Investment Banking Division of Shearson Lehman Hutton, where he skillfully structured $3 billion of municipal bond offerings for public clients nationwide.

During this time, Peter has specialized in catering to the investment and consulting needs of both private and institutional clients.

Before merging his firm with PRISM in 2020, Peter served as the president and CEO of Cornerstone Capital Advisors. Notably, he holds the PRISM team in high regard, entrusting them with the future of his practice, and to support his cherished clients. Today, he enjoys making introductions and referring new individuals, families, and business owners to our firm.

Peter’s academic background includes a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado. A firm believer in continuing education, he further enriched his expertise with an MBA, with a focus in Finance, from the University of Denver.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Peter enjoys family life with his wife, Molly, and their three wonderful daughters.
